Teaching Graphic Design was a meaningful experience
Taking part in the Pedagogical Module has been more than an academic requirement for me. It became a moment of reflection and validation — a chance to reconnect with the essence of why I chose a creative path in the first place.

I had the opportunity to teach at College "Costache Negruzzi", one of the most prestigious high schools in Iași / Romania. Before the first class, I experienced natural emotions — constructive ones. Those emotions kept me focused and present, and I quickly managed to overcome them by fully engaging the students and capturing their attention.
Graphic Design in Advertising and Branding
My background in Graphic Design, completed at The University of Fine Arts "George Enescu", helped me structure the lessons in a practical and relevant way. I chose to focus on the role of Graphic Design in Advertising and Branding, a topic that strongly resonates with today’s generation.
What truly stood out were the discussions about their future in advertising and creative industries. Many students showed genuine interest and successfully retained essential concepts such as spacing, visual hierarchy within a composition, text weight, and different types of contrast. Seeing them understand and apply these fundamentals confirmed that the information was meaningful and well received.
The classroom atmosphere was relaxed and open. The questions they asked were thoughtful, and for me, that was the clearest sign that curiosity had been sparked. When students ask questions, it means the subject has reached them.
I realize that I could confidently teach
This experience made me realize that I could confidently teach advertising graphic design. With over 15 years of professional experience in the field, I feel prepared not only to share theoretical knowledge, but also real-world insights, practical examples, and an honest perspective on the profession.
At the same time, I noticed that high school students do not yet fully realize how important art and creativity truly are. This only reinforces the value of arts education — offering context, direction, and confidence to young people who are still discovering their path.
It is a demanding phase, but also a natural conclusion to this chapter — one that opens new perspectives and confirms that sharing knowledge is a direction worth exploring.
